This charming cottage has three bedrooms and one bath. Further space can be rented with a cozy little backyard trailer that has an additional bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We call it Deerfield Cottage because one can often see Deer in the park like setting in front or the field in the back. It is located close to Toccoa Falls and historic downtown as well as numerous hiking trails and waterfalls. This pet-friendly, 3B/1B charmer is fully equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The nightly fee is for up to four people. Additional guests beyond four, are an extra $40 per night per guest. As stated, for an additional $75 per stay fee, another bed and bath can be accessed in a cozy backyard single-wide coach. The backyard is large and fenced in for dogs to run and romp. Guests have access to the entire private house. If the Backyard Bungalow is not requested by you, it may be rented out to another guest. We give you access without meeting up. But if you want to meet, we are around the corner! The cottage is located in the city, only 1 mile from historic downtown Toccoa in a quiet little neighborhood. The street ends in a cul de sac so there is no through traffic and no nearby neighbors. We have annual pest control. Yet the cottage is near the woods, so guests should expect a bug or two occasionally. There is no public transportation. Guests need to rely on their own personal transportation. Great place to road bike both in the city and on the country roads and along the nearby lake. We have two driveways for ample parking. Cars should be parked in the driveways and not on the grass. The animal fee for any type of dog, is $25 per night per animal with a pre-signed pet agreement or NO entry!.
