Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our pool house has all you need for a comfortable, private stay while visiting St. Augustine. Moana Place sits on a 13-acre equestrian property, Enchanted Horse Acres, a magical place for nature lovers. Beautiful and quiet country setting only 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of historic St. Augustine and the white sands of Crescent Beach. The space Our lovely cottage features a queen size bed and a twin bed. Full bathroom with large shower; kitchen with fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, stove/oven, and microwave. A charcoal BBQ is also available. Relax or enjoy a meal on the covered deck. A fire pit is also available on property. Moana Place has a strict maximum of three guests, including children. For larger families or groups, please check out our two other vacation rentals on the same property. After a day visiting St. Augustine and the surrounding areas, relax or dip in the pool. Please note there are two other vacation rentals on property and the pool is shared between all three. Pool and toys are provided. This is an ideal location between Orlando and Jacksonville with easy access to the freeway, only 45 minutes to Daytona Beach. We are fortunate to be adjacent to the River-to-Sea bike loop, part of Florida's 300-mile rails to trails cycling loop. Ride the six-mile paved path though the beauty of "Old Florida" or take a nature walk. Be sure to say "Hello" to our friendly pets: Chip, the cutest Shetland pony, Ali, our beautiful quarter horse, and our barn cats, who roam freely throughout the property. Other things to note From the coral reefs of the Keys to the cypress swamps of the Panhandle, Florida's diverse habitats are home to an incredible amount of wildlife. Otters, opossums, manatees, fox squirrels, raccoons, white-tailed deer, key deer and armadillos are among the more commonly seen mammals. Please note that some Florida creatures such as snakes may, under certain circumstances, be harmful to people and pets.
