Staying here allows you to take your time getting ready and simply walk out your front door to the nearest chair lift. Dishes and utensils are provided. The full kitchen is equipped to prepare a gourmet meal as you would in your own home, complete with oven, range, refrigerator, and microwave. The upstairs living area provides plenty space to relax with the family, complete with a fireplace and flat screen TV with cable. Keep warm with central heating throughout the Townhouse while you enjoy free wireless internet. Downstairs you’ll find a master bedroom with private bath and king bed. Our second bedroom has two twin beds with a secondary bathroom located across the hall. The sleeping nook had two twin beds. Each full bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and cable as well. There is also an additional nook with two twin beds. Escape For All Seasons is conveniently located so that you can enjoy all mountain activities with very little, if any, driving required. We are only moments to the lake and minutes to the center of town. The National Forest with hiking and bike trails are directly adjacent to the complex. These rules are strictly enforced by the City and any violation may result in sever penalties and fines. Please review and make sure to comply with these City rules. City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy - Do not exceed the occupancy limit - Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. No Parties Allowed. No Parking in street or yard - Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. the maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 - Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10:0 p.m. - Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Take your furry friend with you - Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Take trash to dumpster locations - Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite unless there are commercial trash bins at your property (condo). Consequences - Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and sever consequences. Fines - The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1,000 per violation. Eviction - Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued. Other things to note $300 security deposit due at check-in, and is only charged if items are lost, stolen, or damaged.
