Your ultimate home base for exploring Norman awaits! *Contact us about our monthly and seasonal discounts!* The space Our spacious and comfortable home is designed for relaxation and fun, comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests. — SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS — * Primary Bedroom: A serene retreat with a King-sized bed, dimmable lighting, a private full bathroom, and direct access to the covered patio. For clothing storage, the large walk-in closet provides shelving and ample space to hang your items. This is where we store the Pack N' Play as well as baby gate which is kept at the top of the closet. (Please note: There are two steps down into this room). * Second Bedroom: Features a comfortable Queen-sized bed and its own private full bathroom. In this room you will find a spacious bedroom closet and the high chair. * Attached Sleeping Space: A cozy room perfect for kids or extra guests, offering three twin beds (a double trundle plus a separate twin). The trundle can be rolled into the primary bedroom if you prefer. This room is also used to house the washer and dryer, while maintaining plenty of space to be comfortable and the trundle to be pulled out. We advise our guests to pull the third roll away twin bed into the master bedroom for sleeping. It does fit in the attached room, but creates limited space as far as foot room for walking. — INDOOR LIVING & AMENITIES — * Living & Dining: Unwind in the modern living room with a Smart TV and WIFI, or gather for cards, board games, or one of our puzzles at the card table. The indoor dining table comfortably seats four, and you can easily adjust the temperature with the smart thermostat. * Fully Equipped Kitchen: Featuring stylish blue and white cabinets and a large island, the kitchen has all of the essential cookware, baking essentials, and BBQ utensils you need to prepare a 3-course meal for the whole group. We provide a complimentary coffee bar that features a drip coffee maker, a variety of sweeteners, and single serve creamer cups. Wake up slow and start your day with a fresh cup! Take advantage of the covered patio and enjoy a peaceful moment before the day unfolds. * The Game Room: A standout feature! The separate, temperature-controlled garage shed has been converted into a game room with a full-size ping-pong table and its own Smart TV. It's fully equipped with electricity, lighting, and WIFI for endless entertainment. * Family-Friendly Essentials: Travel lighter knowing we provide a Pack 'N Play, highchair, children's dinnerware, outlet covers, a baby gate, and fun games like Apples to Apples, Domino's, coloring books, and more to keep your little ones entertained during your stay. * Laundry: A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the attached sleeping space for your use. We provide complimentary, eco-friendly laundry detergent sheets, dryer sheets, and stain remover for your convenience. — OUTDOOR OASIS — Step out onto the welcoming, fully covered wooden deck adorned with string lights. A cornhole set is also available for some yard game fun. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including all bedrooms and bathrooms. You will also have full access to the private, fenced backyard, the covered patio, and the separate, detached game room shed. Entry is via a smart lock and you will receive your unique door code prior to check-in for a seamless self-check-in experience. Other things to note * TV & Streaming: The home has Smart TVs in the living room, primary bedroom, and game room. You can log into your own streaming services (like Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Local channels are not provided. * Safety & Security: Your safety is our priority. The property is equipped with exterior security cameras, a smart lock with a deadbolt, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher, and a NOAA emergency weather radio. * Extended Stays: We offer discounts for monthly and seasonal stays.
