The space Property Features: 1,050 square feet, high-speed internet, 3 smart TVs in living room, primary bedroom & second bedroom (with cable and ability to log into your streaming services), central heat/AC, master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, private deck, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and cookware, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker & tea kettle, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms with shower tubs, in-unit laundry, clean linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided for all guests, kitchen table and covered garage parking (1 dedicate parking spot & 1 first-come-first served parking spot). This unit is located on the 2nd level, up 1 set of stairs, and is a single-level condo. The "Pink Flamingo" was completely redesigned & furnished in February of 2025. We take pride in offering a fun and unique space for our Myrtle Beach visitors! All the furniture is new - the couch, chairs, table, bar stools, beds, linens, towels, desk etc. Sleeping: The primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom has 1 king bed (sleeping 2 people). The second bedroom has 2 queen beds (sleeping 4 people). No motorcycles are allowed to park on premise. No trailers or RVs are allowed to park on premise. The association will tow anyone who breaks these parking rules at the expense of the vehicle owners. Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). Important: Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record.
