The space Our house has an area of about 145 square meters divided into 4 bedrooms on the first floor (three with double beds and one with a sofa bed) and a large living and dining room with a dining table that can accommodate up to 9 guests, a bathroom with window/shower and bathtub and a spacious kitchen on the ground floor. Parking is available for 2 vehicles right in front of the house. For more vehicles, we can offer additional parking on our property if we are consulted in good time. Please note that the properties to the right and left of the house belong to the neighbors. No parking there. Guest access The property opposite the house is also private property and can be booked for a usage fee up to a maximum of 1 week before arrival, subject to availability and request.
