Anglers, bird watchers, and nature lovers come relax with the whole family at this newly built cabin on a peaceful and serene inlet of Lake Palestine on historic Neely’s Point. The last home on a private road, this is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and listen to the wildlife with your coffee as you gaze over nearly 2 acres of beautiful East Texas. A public boat launch is just half a mile away. Walk the property and the woods and trails along the Rose Branch creek north of the cabin. The space The Cabin at Neely's Point is a cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is fully stocked and ready for you. Just bring your suitcase, your groceries and your boat! The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking and baking, including a good sized pantry. There is also a Blackstone Grill on the porch with all of the accessories which is great to grill everything from pancakes, eggs, and bacon, to delicious steaks and veggies. The bedrooms have all the linens you will need for your stay, and closets for your clothing storage. (wait till you see how big the master walk-in closet is!!) Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, hair dryers, and basic soaps and shampoos for your use. The living room features a 55in 4K TV, and very comfortable leather couches and recliners to curl up in while enjoying the cracking gas fireplace. But we are pretty sure you will be spending a lot of your time on the porch! Whether you are enjoying the oversized outdoor furniture or the hot tub, the views from the porch are spectacular. You won't even need your binoculars to see the great blue heron couple as they fly back and forth over the water, or the neighboring duck family as they settle into their nest. Blue birds, cardinals, chickadees! So many songbirds! Fishermen! Bring your boat and park in the easy access driveway with electrical plugins. The Saline Bay public boat ramp is just a half a mile up the road to put your boat in for Lake Palestine tournaments or a recreational fishing trip. A Brookshire's grocery store is a convenient 3 minutes away, as well as a few restaurants and fast food. If you are really looking for a night out, you can head to nearby Tyler, TX which is just a 15 minute drive from the Cabin. We are looking forward to hosting you at the Cabin at Neely's Point!
