Guesthouse in Sellindge

Sycamore Lodge is a newly renovated detached guesthouse in the garden of Sycamore house. It is all on one level has two bedrooms, sleeps four people and has a bathroom, Livingroom and use of the full kitchen in Sycamore House. Guests will have access to a beautiful large garden where you can sit, relax and enjoy the countryside or there is play equipment to keep the children entertained. It is in a perfect location to explore the beautiful Kent countryside and beaches. The space Sycamore Lodge is a guesthouse in the garden of Sycamore House. It has two bedrooms, one with a super-king bed. The second bedroom has two single beds or can have one single bed and a cot. All beds have luxury mattresses and both bedrooms have total blackout blinds. There is a sofa bed in the Living room. The modern bathroom has a large bath and a shower over the bath. There is a small kitchen area with a combination microwave oven, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a counter top hob. The living room has a sofa and a TV, there is good WIFI throughout. We have a Zappi type 2 EV electric car charger available for 50p/kWh. The Zappi will charge at maximum power - 7kW. You would need to pre-arrange this before arrival. We have recently installed a lovely 9m indoor heated pool. Our guests receive a complimentary 45min swim, this is subject to availability the session must be booked in advance. The pool is rented out to private groups, if you book within two weeks there may not be much availability in the pool. If guests would like to book additional swimming sessions this can be arranged for a fee. Guests will have access to a beautiful 100m garden. The garden is split into different sections so you can always find a quiet spot to sit and relax and, if you are lucky, watch the Spitfire's fly over. The garden has a trampoline, slide and swings which the children are free to use but parents are responsible for the safety of their children who must be supervised at all times. Dogs are allowed in the garden, they must be kept on a lead at all times. Guest access Guests will have sole access to the Guesthouse and shared access to the driveway and the garden. The driveway will be used by people using the pool as well as the hosts. Other things to note You will receive a welcome basket with croissants, jam, marmalade, milk, coffee and tea. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or special requests. For security we have CCTV on outside of the Lodge & House. We have a lovely heated indoor pool, Guests receive a complimentary hour slot per night which is subject to availability & must be booked in advance to save any disappointment.
