The space Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. Dercum Square is also right outside your door which features a playground, an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer. The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and features outdoor seating and beautiful slope / River Run views. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features updated granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed on our Ultra Premium Linen program and a flat screen TV. The full bathroom is across the hall and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Here's what you can expect at one of our vacation rentals. We offer a departure clean and a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service. We also offer 24/7 customer service with a full staff during the day and emergency on-call support overnight. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building.
