Our cozy 250 sq ft guest suite makes clever use of a small space, with a queen sleeping loft, downstairs sofa bed, and kitchenette for easy meals. Whether you’re here for a getaway, work, or visits with your favorite people, you’ll have a welcoming spot to call your own. Your neighborhood and beyond: * Beach time: approximately 1.5 miles to the coast. * Flying in? LAX is approximately 3.4 miles away; allow extra time for traffic and terminal access. * Explore the Westside: nearby Playa Vista, Marina del Rey, Venice, and Culver City offer plenty of places to eat, shop, and wander. * Disney day? Disneyland is approximately 38 miles away—plan an early start! Distances are approximate, and LA traffic likes to keep things interesting. Allow extra travel time, especially during rush hour. A few helpful details: * Free street parking; please check posted street-cleaning signs. * Kitchenette with a two-burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, and coffee-making essentials. * One dog welcome with advance approval and a $50 pet fee. * The queen sleeping loft is reached by steep, ladder-style stairs. Please make sure that setup suits you; the sofa bed is downstairs. * No smoking in or around the suite. Small in size, big on cozy—come make yourself at home! Guest access The private loft and patio pictured are yours to enjoy—your own cozy spot to unwind between LA adventures! A few tips for getting here and getting around: * Parking: Free street parking only; please check all posted signs before settling in. * Street cleaning: On nearby Braddock, restrictions apply Wednesdays and Thursdays from approximately 10 a.m. to noon. Check the signs on your side of the street and move your car when required—we’d hate for a parking ticket to spoil your stay! * Public transit: A bus stop is conveniently located at the end of the street. * Rideshares: Prefer to leave the driving to someone else? Uber and Lyft are readily available, with fares varying by time and destination. Other things to note A few little things to help keep your stay comfortable and our space cared for: * Keeping cool: Please keep the air conditioner set to 69°F or higher. That’s plenty cool for our cozy suite; lower settings can cause the unit to ice up and stop cooling properly. * Heading out? Please switch off the air conditioner, lights, TV, and other small appliances when you leave for the day and when you check out. Leave the refrigerator running, of course! Thank you for helping us conserve energy. * A smoke-free space: Please do not smoke inside or around the building. We’re highly allergic to cigarette smoke and truly appreciate your consideration. * Fresh water on tap: The entire house has filtered water, so feel free to refill your bottle and skip buying bottled water! * Bringing your pup? We’re happy to welcome one dog with advance approval and a $50 pet fee per stay. Please review and agree to our pet policy before booking so we can make it a happy visit for everyone.
