Guest access Access to bedrooms is dependent on number of guests in reservation. Guests can access the entire home, other than 2 storage cupboards which are reserved for cleaning equipment and supplies. Other things to note BEACH TOWELS Beach towels are available to hire for $5 per towel. Please request your required number of beach towels one week prior to your stay. FLOOR MATTRESSES Regarding the 2 floor mattresses: we provide bed linen for these beds if there are more than 8 guests in your booking, however, guests will need to place the mattresses in an area of the home suitable to your needs, eg. upstairs games room, 4th bedroom. One will comfortably fit in the 4th (kids) bedroom. The mattresses are stored under the single beds, and we ask guests to remove the bedlinen (except the mattress protector) and replace them under the single beds upon departure. Both the single beds and floor mattresses are quite light, however it is a 2 person job to lift the bed up to access the mattresses and our cleaner isn’t able to manage this safely on her own.
