The Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils and pots/pans for your use. Kitchen features a confection oven, stove top, Keurig coffee machine and refrigerator. The unit has 1 full bathroom. Lines, towels, washcloths, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. One smart Tv in the living room, internet, washer and dryer is also available. Conveniently located in a quaint neighborhood in the heart of Lakeland. Guest access We are located in Lakeland Downtown, as in most of the cities, the parking is limited. You will have one parking spot at the parking lot. Additional parking street available. Frequently Asked Questions: 1. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, and kitchen trash bags. 2. What Linens are included? - Linens for the beds, bath towels, hand towels, and cloth. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you. 3. What does the kitchen include? - The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including a toaster, pots and pans, wine glasses, cups, and a coffee machine. 4. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances pets are allowed. 5. What time is check-in and checkout? - Check in anytime after 4 pm and you must checkout before 10 am on the day of your departure. Other things to note You will receive a door code and directions to access the house at 9 am on your arrival date. House rules: - No Smoking, vaping, etc - No Pets - No Parties or gatherings Quiet time from 10 pm - 7 am, be considerate with your neighbors.
