Relax on the large sectional sofa while streaming Netflix or Sling, connect your phone to Bluetooth speakers for your favorite tunes, or browse the selection of classic vinyl on the record player for a touch of nostalgia. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom boasting a large step-in shower and his-and-her sinks. The second bedroom offers a queen Nectar mattress and a twin bed. Both rooms have spacious closets with ample storage for all your belongings. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary adventures, with a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, and a French press. We provide a starter supply of Keurig pods and creamer for your first morning. The dining area comfortably seats six, with three additional barstools available at the kitchen counter. Outside, enjoy classic Texas charm with walls of local limestone, a cedar-covered front porch, and a back patio perfect for grilling and al fresco meals. Soak in the hot tub while taking in breathtaking Hill Country views, or relax under the shade of hundreds of oak trees. On clear nights, gaze at the stars through the telescope for a truly magical experience. Guest access The entire house (minus a locked owner's closet) and immediate outside area are reserved for guests. We have multi-generational family members who live in the other homes on the property, but they will respect your privacy. The other houses on the property are private residences, so we request that guests refrain from exploring them to respect the residents' privacy. Other things to note There is a gate on the property - a code will be sent in advance to all guests. In some areas of the property, the ground is rocky and uneven. We recommend exercising caution when walking in those areas. Wear closed-toe shoes on the property, especially in the warmer months. Small gatherings are permitted on the property, but they must be approved in advance. An additional fee may apply, depending on the group's size. Any unauthorized parties with people not approved to stay on the property will result in immediate eviction from the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
