This beautiful 5 acre piece of land boats a private saloon called the "Moose Bar", an outdoor firepit, and spacious deck overlooking the river. The cabin-style living room has a wood fireplace, ample seating, and flat screen TV. A fully stocked kitchen awaits with all the cookware and dinnerware needed for the perfect meal. There is bar/counter seating for 3 and dining table seating for 4-6 with bench seating. Downstairs you'll find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bedroom with a queen sized bed plus the laundry area. Upstairs, you'll find the children's loft with two twin beds. Fun awaits beyond the home on the rest of the property! Hang out in the Moose Bar for a few drinks, cozy up by the fire pit at night and enjoy the stars, or play a game of horse shoes.
