Violations of the PS Noise Ordinance can result in a $500 citation, and three citations result in a revocation of our short-term vacation rental permit. While we do not make these rules, we do enforce them, so we appreciate your adherence, which will allow others to continue to this special home! **The City of Palm Springs charges a 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) on stays less than 28 days. This tax will be collected separate from your Airbnb booking/payment. **Effective July 1, 2021, the Greater Palm Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau established a Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) which includes short-term vacation rentals. This imposes a 1% assessment on all short-term vacation rentals less than 28 days. This 1% assessment will be collected along with the TOT for a total of 12.5%.
