This Airbnb is located in a quiet residential area with very limited on-street parking. Security: For your security, there is 1 Ring Flood Light Motion Cameras on the OUTSIDE of the building located next to the main entrance. All cameras are OUTSIDE the house, there are no cameras in use inside the house. None of the cameras face inside the house. Cameras only record when there is motion detected outside of the house. During the day, the neighborhood is filled with natural light, and during the afternoon, the house is filled with the perfect amount of sunlight, great for walks or even chilling in the backyard. At night the neighborhood becomes quiet, calm, and safe. The house has its own long driveway with the addition of plenty of parking spaces along the street. There is also very easy access to public transportation nearby. CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies on each platforms. No Refund within 60 days of check-in. — As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would do our best to fix it for you as soon as we can. Any refund on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring pet, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay.
