Full of light and space. Relax in the peaceful lanai surrounded by butterflies, dragonflies, a citrus tree. So many things to do . . . .White beaches, NAS, and Big Lagoon just minutes away. Watch the Blue Angles take flight or relax and read a book . . fun for all. The space The home is located in a quiet subdivision. This studio is a private entrance right off of the pool area with views of the pool. Walk into an open floor plan with lots of light. The full kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, full size fridge, and all the essentials. There's a two-person pub table to enjoy a dinner. In the living area, we have a new pullout couch with a chase lounger and two side chairs. A smart TV that can be positioned for viewing anywhere in the studio. The bathroom is light and bright with a standup shower. The queen bed is located in the far corner with a privacy screen if needed. Guest access A designated parking spot on the side of the main house with a walkway through the gated yard and Lanai. The pool and yard area are common spaces. Other things to note The pool is heated for the "not so warm" days!
