Beach Towels are in the bungalow w beach chairs outside for your pleasure. 1 block from trendy Main Street shops & dining, easy walk to several unique beach areas - Venice Beach, Abott Kinney, Santa Monica Pier, Santa Monica Place, Palisades Park, Santa Monica Place Guest access Your patio is private. The guesthouse is yours. There is a private locked dog run adjacent to the private patio. It’s yours to use for the duration of your stay. The entry way is shared as is the garden in the driveway. Other things to note On street parking is most always easily available. Permits must be arranged in advance of arrival. Street cleaning is Monday morning across the street and Tuesday 9-11am on our side of Ocean Park Blvd. If you have a car make sure it’s not in the way of street cleaning or you will likely be ticketed. The kitchen is equipped with a half size refrigerator. We are happy to provide an additional ice chest should you need more space for food storage. Vegan snacks are provided. Organic Coffee, Sweetener choices, and snacks are provided to help you settle into the space when you arrive. We look forward to hosting your stay. Beach chairs, bogie boards, and beach towels are available. There is a coffee grinder available for your use in the kitchen. You are welcome to bring one small dog for an extra fee. There is a dog run off the patio of the beach bungalow for easy and secure outdoor access. It is locked from the other side - which is the front of the house. Thank you in advance for picking up after your doggie. The beach bungalow is surrounded by garden vegetation. We cultivate produce on site. You will likely see squirrels, birds, and hummingbirds. Occasionally a raccoon or a possum will be seen in the area. They are scared of people and tend to keep to themselves. Beach essentials are available for your use, there are beach chairs and boogie boards and a beach umbrella. 420 friendly (smoking outside only) on the outdoor patio, or in the driveway on the bench. icemaker in the kitchen key provided in addition to code (please return $100 replacement fee - no one wants that.
