It's also just an Uber away from the Bourbon distilleries! Our home has 2 comfortable Bedrooms with new mattresses, that sleeps 4. Our couch is comfortable enough to sleep a 5th guest. Private Parking in Driveway. 50% of our home's electric is sourced from eco-friendly, renewable energy . The space - 49" Roku TV equipped with complimentary Netflix. - Wifi throughout - Laundry accommodations (Washer and Dryer in the basement) - Decorated with a little Southern charm which includes antique treasures found during the renovation of the home. - Fully equipped kitchen. - Private, off-street parking - Both bedrooms feature a comfortable queen sized bed with plenty of pillows. A nightstand is located on either side of the bed. An alarm clock is available with a built-in USB port to charge electronic devices. - Beautiful, fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need to create a fabulous dinner including pots/pans, utensils, various knives, mixing bowls, baking dishes, cookie sheet and serving dishes. Wine and beer glasses are available for your drinking pleasure :) - Kitchen appliances include a stove with range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave. Coffee is provided. - Dining room table will comfortably seat 4 - Bathroom includes bathtub with shower. Plenty of towels and washcloths on hand. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. - Laundry facilities include washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Laundry soap is provided. - Games, puzzles, books and local magazines to accommodate for down time or rainy days! - Our home is non-smoking and as-much-as we love animals, it's also a pet-free home. Please note our home is not accessible to those who are unable to use stairs. Guest access Guests have full access to the home and outdoor spaces.
