This house is a country house, intended for travelers who love the country spirit, who do not hate spiders (who we remind you are fond of healthy houses) even if they are taken outside before your arrival, who love friendly moments in front of a good fireplace to play board games or talk for hours without worrying about the smell of a country house, who love the calm of the countryside and who want to enjoy a swimming pool fully adapted to families. We are simple and kind people, concerned about your well-being. We do the most perfect cleaning possible before your arrival, rest assured. We also carry out several thorough cleanings during the year. We are always open to discussion, and will always try to find a solution if you encounter any difficulty... We invite you to visit our profile to access the listing of all the houses. *** Large manor house: GROUND FLOOR - entrance with separate toilet under wooden staircase - living room (lounge) that can be closed (35 m2) with an exceptional floor in its original state and a fireplace with solid oak surround (with two 140 convertible sofas and opaque curtains) - a dining room with table (up to 10/12 place settings) - overlooking the modern and equipped kitchen, both with floors of old tiles 1st FLOOR - a very bright landing and hallway, parquet flooring, views of the countryside and animals - serving 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 of 13 m2 (double bed 160) bedroom of 11 m2 (2 single beds, extra mattress on the floor if needed) Bedroom 2, 8 m2 (140 double bed) Bedroom 3 of 12 m2 (two single beds 90 and an extra mattress on the floor if needed) Bedroom 4 of 8 m2 (bunk beds, double 140 at the bottom, single at the top) The four bedrooms have exceptional views of our wooded and flowery estate, - a very large dual-aspect bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a 2-person island bathtub and toilet. EXTERIOR - a private and fenced garden with its furniture (garden furniture, outdoor tables and seating...) - 2/3 private parking spaces in front of the house, but parking is available outside if needed The outbuilding: GROUND FLOOR - a living room - a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink (open room but system to isolate yourself) - a separate toilet - an equipped kitchenette (fridge, combined microwave oven, stove) with dining area - a partially enclosed garden with garden furniture - an outdoor parking space MEZZANINE - a very comfortable 160 x 200 bed with TV (some channels available depending on what the antenna picks up) - a freestanding bathtub EXTERIOR - a covered terrace with garden furniture and a small garden - private parking space The two houses are about ten meters apart. Each house has independent access, but it is possible to meet by going through the pool area. For your comfort, your beds will be made with care upon arrival at no extra cost. Each person will have a towel and a washcloth available. The table will be set and we hope you will be touched by some special touches. Please note, some summer cleaning may be carried out by an external service provider. In this case, the sheets are included, but the beds will not be made and the table will not be set (to our great regret). As soon as we know, we will be happy to let you know. Fiber optics (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the property. Guest access Your private spaces: - The manor house and its outbuilding. - The private swimming pool (4 m x 4 m), "charming pool" type, heated between 27 and 30 degrees in high season, from May to September (we are dependent on outdoor temperatures). Access 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. (unless authorized by us). Swimming pool secured by a cover complying with French standards. Dogs strictly prohibited in the pool area. - The beautiful flowered and wooded gardens that surround the houses. Other things to note ANIMALS Pets welcome (upon request) if respectful of the quiet environment of the estate. The garden is completely fenced because we have animals. Upon your departure, we would appreciate it if you could pick up your pet's waste and vacuum the house in case of hair loss. Please keep your dogs on a leash on the estate, outside your garden (presence of goats, sheep, horses and our two small female dogs). IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO FEED THE ANIMALS ON THE ESTATE. They're mostly rescued animals. They all follow very special diets (allergies, intolerances...). You can approach the enclosure (without entering it), our 4-legged friends will certainly come running to ask you for a pet... *** Additional information: the house is located in an absolutely privileged setting.
