We kindly ask you to check in with our profile to have access to the listing of all the houses. *** Great mansion: GROUND FLOOR - entrance with separate toilet under wooden stairs - living room (living room) that can be closed (35m2) with an exceptional floor in its juice and a fireplace with solid oak framed (with two 140 sofa beds and opaque curtains) - Dining room with table (up to 10/12 cutlery) - overlooking the modern and equipped kitchen, both with antique tiles floors 1st FLOOR - a very bright landing and hallway, hardwood floors, countryside and animal views - serving 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 of 13 m2 (double bed 160) bedroom of 11 m2 (2 single beds, extra mattress on the floor if needed) Bedroom 2 of 8 m2 (double bed 140) Bedroom 3 of 12 m2 (two single beds 90 and an extra floor mattress if necessary) Bedroom 4 of 8 m2 (double bottom bunk beds 140, top single) The four bedrooms have an exceptional view of our wooded and flowered estate, - a very large through bathroom with a large walk in shower, an island bathtub for 2 people and toilets. Outdoor - a private and fenced garden with furniture (garden furniture, outdoor tables and seating...) - 2/3 private parking spaces in front of the house, but possibility to park outside if needed The dependency: GROUND FLOOR - a living room - bathroom with walk-in shower and sink (open room but system to isolate yourself) - a separate toilet - an equipped kitchenette (fridge, combined microwave oven, hobs) with dining area - a partially enclosed garden with outdoor seating - Outdoor parking space MEZZANINE - a very comfortable bed of 160x200 with TV (a few channels available depending on what the antenna picks up) - an island soaking tub Outdoor - a covered terrace with garden furniture and a gardenette - Private parking space The two houses are about ten meters away from each other. Each house has independent access, but it is possible to meet through the pool area. For your comfort, your beds will be made with care upon your arrival at no extra charge. Each person will have a towel and a washcloth. The table will be set and we hope that you will be touched by a few touches. Please note that some summer cleaning is likely to be done by an external service provider. In this case, the sheets are included, but the beds will not be made and the table will not be set (to our great regret). As soon as we know, we'll let you know. Fiber optic (wifi) is available throughout the property. Guest access Your private spaces: - The mansion and its outbuilding. - The private pool (4m x 4m), type "charming pool", heated between 27 and 30 degrees in high season, during May to September (we are dependent on outside temperatures). Access 9am - 9pm (unless permission from us). Swimming pool secured by a tarpaulin complying with French standards. Strictly prohibited dogs in the pool area. - The beautiful flowered and wooded gardens that surround the houses. Other things to note ANIMALS Pets allowed (on request) if respectful of the quiet environment of the estate. The garden is totally fenced as we have animals. When you leave, we would appreciate it if you could collect your pet's waste and vacuum the house in case of hair loss. Thank you for keeping your dogs on a leash on the estate, outside your garden (presence of goats, sheep, horses and our two little dogs). IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO FEED THE ANIMALS OF THE ESTATE. They're mostly rescued animals. They all follow very special diets (allergies, intolerances, etc.). You can approach the enclosure (without entering), our 4 legs will certainly come by running to ask for pets... *** Additional information: the house is located in an absolutely privileged setting.
