The space Just a 5-minute drive to the beach, this haven accommodates six guests comfortably, offering a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a pull-out full-size sleeper sofa. Inside, revel in the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs in each bedroom, and cooling gel mattresses on all beds. Your stay is enhanced with thoughtful extras like board games, tennis equipment, two beach chairs, beach towels, and an assortment of beach toys for the kids. Guest access Guests have full access to the Ironwood amenities which include a swimming pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, basketball court, community grills, and a free seasonal shuttle to the beach. Guests also have access to the Barefoot Resort North Tower Pool which is a 15,000 sq ft swimming pool. Other things to note The condo is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Guest passes to the Ironwood amenities and Northtower pool are provided on the welcome table. Parking passes are provided on the welcome table, and need to be populated and displayed on the dashboard of each vehicle. Parking is not permitted within the Ironwood community for trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, and any other vehicles outside of a car, SUV, or pickup truck. Cable and streaming options are available on each TV. Guests can input their streaming passwords to access Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. The nearest beach, Windy Hill Beach, is 2.8 miles away which is a 5-8 minute drive. Guests who stay longer than 28 nights are required to sign a lease agreement with the host.
