Converted upstairs of an 1800's carriage house the room was used to dry pecans before being turned into a 1 bedroom apartment with king size bed. A step down Jacuzzi jet bathtub & shower. Completely furnished with linens, dishes, pots pans, glasses, & silverware. Living room with an additional twin bed. Warning: this unit is located up an iron stair case. For some guests this might be challenging, all other units are located on ground floor!!!! The space 2nd story renovated 1800 carriage house Guest access Guests will have access to fishing pier, boat launch, fish cleaning station. Other things to note We have an office open from 8-12 & 2-6 and call forwarding for after hour emergencies. This is is a rural area near farms and Lake Chicot. We do ask for 10 pm quite hours so all guests can enjoy a good night stay. We allow grilling in the grass area near cabins (please do not set grills on porches for obvious fire hazards)
