Stay at the historic Clayton-Bullock House and take in everything that Covington and Cincinnati have to offer! Enjoy a 10 minute walk to downtown Cincinnati, Mainstrasse Village shops and restaurants, Braxton Brewery, and a 20-minute walk to Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown stadium! It's also just a short drive to Findlay Market, Cincinnati Zoo, Cincinnati Museum Center, Newport Aquarium, Heritage Bank Arena, Riverbend Music Center, Ark Encounter, and the Over-the-Rhine brewery district! The space The Clayton-Bullock House is one of the oldest homes in Covington. Built in 1839, it served as a schoolhouse during the civil war. Guest access You'll have access to the entire upstairs apartment, including both bedrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer, full bathroom, and large living room with a 65 inch Smart TV! Enjoy the fenced-in backyard, BBQ grill, basketball goal and huge trampoline! Let the kids shoot some hoops or jump on the huge trampoline while you relax on the patio with a cold drink! NOTE: The backyard and patio are shared with the downstairs apartment. NOTE: There are several stairs inside of the apartment, so if your toddlers cannot safely navigate stairs, then this is probably not an ideal rental for you. Other things to note Events/gatherings of up to 16 people, such as birthday parties and family reunions are welcome but all events must be concluded by 10:00 p.m. Quiet time is between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Guests who violate this rule will receive one warning. Any further violations after this will result in the guest being asked to leave immediately with no refund given. Gatherings of more than 16 people are prohibited.
