Welcome to my Ascot stay - a thoughtfully renovated first-floor apartment on a quiet, leafy street. With a large kitchen and lounge space, you'll enjoy the luxuries of a spacious modern home without sacrificing comforts. The apartment is located a leisurely 15-minute walk from Racecourse Road and Portside Wharf precincts. Alternatively, hop on a train at the station at the end of the street and easily explore the Brisbane surrounds. The space This 2-bedroom apartment has been seamlessly styled, welcoming guests into a modern and relaxing space that feels like home. It’s perfect for a business stay, couples on a relaxing holiday, solo adventurers, or families requiring separate rooms. Located in close proximity to Portside Wharf, Racecourse Road, and Eat Street Markets (just to name a few!), this apartment is perfectly positioned within the peaceful suburb of Ascot. Plus, it’s just a 10-minute drive to both international and domestic airports. The apartment is furnished with both a full-size king and queen bed between the two bedrooms (you can draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!). The loungeroom houses a Koala sofa (sofa, not bed!) with a pile of cushions and throws for that comfy lounging, plus a flat-screen tv and Netflix access. Inside the kitchen you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you’ll need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch. There’s also a dishwasher so you won’t need to fight over who’ll be doing the dishes afterwards! This home away from home includes all the everyday items needed to make your stay more comfortable. You'll have access to small, yet important things like: an iron, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, a washing machine, oxygen and more!
