Just book the floor on the third floor with our three suites: they have three independent bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms. In addition, you have a shared living room also with a private bathroom, where two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed. The pantry kitchen and coffee and tea station are exclusively at your disposal. The space This is how the floor is divided: - Newly renovated Relax Suite features a king size double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a desk. The ensuite bathroom with spring water shower has been newly renovated. - The newly renovated junior suite "Kautenbach" has a king size double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a comfortable seating area with TV. The ensuite bathroom with spring water shower has been newly renovated. - The newly renovated junior suite "Mosel" has a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a comfortable sitting area with TV. The ensuite bathroom with a retro-style spring water shower has been newly renovated. - Cozy living room with sofa bed and TV, the ensuite bathroom with spring water shower has been freshly renovated. Guest access The garden with courtyard can be shared with other guests. Free parking is available in front of the building. On request, the lockable garage or another parking area behind the house can be used. In the basement there is a laundry room, which is available free of charge to all guests in the building. The apartment on the second floor is accessed through the hallway. Other things to note The fine print is always boring; that's why we keep it short and simple to make your stay relaxed and easy. If you are missing something or have any doubts, my team and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Arrival and departure: Our guesthouse has a contactless check-in with a key box at the entrance. This allows our guests to arrive stress-free at any time after 2 pm. Check-out time is 10 AM. Guests will receive detailed information in good time before arrival. Use of garden / yard: The garden and yard area can be used by all guests. Garden furniture is available. We shall supply a grill on request. For safety reasons, barbecuing is only permitted in the uncovered courtyard area. Some apartments also have private balconies. Parking / garage: We have free parking spaces on the property in front of the house. For a fee of EUR 10/day and subject to availability, a parking space can be rented in the closed garage. On the roof of the garage there are more covered parking spaces (free of charge), especially for motorcycles. Smoking: No smoking in the building, garden and yard. A smoking area is located in front of the building. Extra beds / cribs: Please contact us if you need a crib. In some apartments it is possible to set up an extra bed. Please contact us BEFORE booking. Service: We are a pure self-catering accommodation without meals and entertainment cleaning. We make the beds fresh before your arrival and provide you with towels. It is important to provide the exact number of guests when booking. We make up as many beds as guests have booked. If two guests book an apartment with two bedrooms, we will assume that we will only prepare a double bed in one bedroom. If you sleep separately, please let us know and we will gladly prepare both bedrooms for one person each. Moseltherme: Basically, our prices include free admission to the thermal baths for each guest per stay, except for the suites. If you do not want to use the thermal baths or the thermal baths are closed during your stay, this does not entitle you to a price reduction. Dogs: In some apartments, dogs are allowed by arrangement. This is indicated in the respective description. Dog owners are asked to be considerate of other guests and not to let them run freely in the hallway or in the garden.
