The open concept main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, countertop dining for four and the living area plus fabulous southern views out to the water.  Sliding glass doors from the living area and den offer access to the covered deck for additional dining and relaxing space. A primary bedroom offers a queen bed, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower.  A second bedroom on the east side welcomes more natural light and has one queen bed.  The den is a blend of living and sleeping space. Gather round to enjoy a movie together, and at the end of the evening close the French doors to utilize the sleeper sofa. Mariners Cove condos are a favorite year after year.  Three blocks away is the Oak Street Beach Access and downtown South Haven is a nice walk through this lovely north side neighborhood.
