The spacious living room furnishings include a queen-size pullout couch, a mini fridge with freezer, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, wifi, but no kitchen. Your comfortable bedroom has a queen size sleigh bed; your bathroom includes a double sink with a shower/tub combination. The beautiful 600 square foot walkout patio includes Adirondack Chairs, fire pit, firewood and an eating table with chairs. An information binder will help plan your stay. You are 5 minutes to the Graves Mtn Market & Deli, 10 minutes to Ducard winery, 25 minutes to Old Rag Trailhead and 15 minutes from downtown Madison which has five restaurants and a sandwich shop. The drinking of red wine not allowed in space (because of carpeting). Red wine permitted outdoors. The Viasat WiFi is not high speed. Sending email and surfing is usually fine. You will not be able to download movies, watch videos or make a zoom call reliably. However, there is a market just five minutes from the house that has high speed wifi. That’s where we go to make zoom calls, watch videos or download large files and movies. Cell service is also a lot less reliable in the mountains so please plan accordingly. We have found that only T-Mobile works in certain areas of our property.
