Many people say this is the nicest Airbnb they've ever stayed in. This lovely 2,000+ sq ft home has been recently furnished. It is a spacious, beautiful, quiet, and sparkling clean ranch-style home with home office space just 1 mile from Main Street in Bandera. Enjoy luxury linens and mattresses, great Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, a fire pit, deer, a dedicated office (with an ultra-wide monitor), and a huge driveway. The space This home is owned by a mature person and I keep my house very clean for everyone to enjoy. • The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King size bed with high thread count sheets and a full ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a large walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. • All mattresses are the same mattress that was recently awarded the most comfortable mattress in America by US News and World Reports. • The second full bathroom has a walk-in shower and ample hooks for the fluffy towels provided. • Deer frequent the yard and surrounding areas. • Plenty of driveway parking for at least 6 cars or motorcycles. (You can park motorcycles in the backyard behind a locked fence if you prefer. Just let me know so I can give you a code.) • Kitchen is fully equipped because I love to cook! • Large dining table seats up to 8 so you can have guests over for dinner! • Electric fireplace in Living room • Full size washer & dryer • Excellent Wifi - Mesh system installed throughout • Two 50" Smart TVs available. One TV is in the living room, the other TV is paired with recliners in a queen bedroom. • This house is smart! It has several Amazon Alexa's to utilize while you are here. (You can unplug Alexa if you don't want it. :) Otherwise, use Alexa to control the lights, change the thermostat temp, and listen to music. (Don't worry, I'll leave instructions if you want to try it.) • Home Office • Electric Sit/Stand Desk • Extra-wide monitor with HDMI cable for extending your screen space • Comfortable office chair • Exercise Ball for sitting on when you want to change up your office chair • Printer/Scanner • Includes stretching area to unwind with yoga mat, blocks, and strap available • A second desk is provided in one of the queen bedrooms I believe you will find this the perfect home while you getaway for a few days, build your own dream home, or work away from the city! Guest access There is a huge circle drive and driveway for your cars or motorcycles. Bandera offers plenty of free parking around town. Main Street is a walkable distance of .9 miles, but there is no sidewalk, and no public transportation is available in this country setting. You may notice this home has a dog run. However, I do not have pets and am not currently allowing them. 2,000 sq ft of this home is yours for a lovely stay. The only areas unavailable for access are the storage shed in the backyard and a locked cabinet in one closet. Other things to note I'm excited to share my home with you! It has been my dream to own this home, and I look forward to hosting you! For security purposes, I do have a Ring doorbell, and Ring floodlight cams around the 4 corners of the home. These cameras do not see backyard living spaces. I value people's privacy and only seek to secure my home.
