This is our home that we live in when not rented. We hope you will enjoy the conveniences of having a fully furnished home. WE DO NOT HAVE A MICROWAVE Our three bedroom cozy house is located on a quiet street in the center of Ridgway. A block away from our cafe "Provisions at Barbershop" which serves brunch 8am-1 pm & dinner 5pm-8:00 pm. Enjoy our gourmet kitchen, large hot tub, & fenced front yard. The space Warm and cozy get away half way between two amazing ski resorts, Telluride and Silverton. The best of groomed runs in Telluride and backcountry extreme at Red Mountain Pass & Silverton. Orvis Hot Springs is a 5 minute drive and Ouray Hot Springs is a 20 minute drive. Summer time local mountain biking and hiking trails just steps away. As well as Paddle boarding and kayaking at Ridgway State Park Reservoir. Don't miss out on the June and July, Thursday night summer concert series in Ouray (June) and Ridgway (July) parks! Friday Ridgway Farmers Market from 10 am - 3pm in Ridgway Town Park. This is a 3 bedroom home with 2 queen sized beds and 1 full sized bed in our daughters room. All have cotton sheets and down comforters. Soak in the hot tub after a long day of skiing or hiking under the stars that are so clear and vibrant here in Ridgway! PLEASE NOTE: We have our beloved cat named Sir Charles Wellington. My daughter calls him Charlie & I call him Lucky Chuck! He is an indoor/outdoor cat and a love bug. If you have a cat ALLERGY we apologize that this home would not be a good fit for you. Please note he does not stay in the house with you! Guest access Hot tub, fenced front yard, local bike rentals and access to 2 major ski areas. Ice climbing in Ouray is just 20 minutes away! Ridgway Reservoir is just a 5 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride for lounging on the beach, SUPing, kayaking or walking the dog. The trampoline is NOT part of the rental and is off limits to Airbnb guests. If you choose to disregard this rule and you or someone in your party is hurt or if you damage the trampoline YOU are liable for those injuries or damages. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: No more than 2 pets please. You are required to pay the $75 pet fee at time of booking. If you choose not to pay and you bring your pet anyway you will be asked to either pay in cash or find other accommodations immediately upon your arrival. The front yard is fully fenced and accessible for your pets. Please do not leave your dogs in the front yard to bark or your children to yell and scream incessantly. No joke. I and my neighbors thank you! We do not have cable TV. Sorry sports fans. We do have Netflix & Amazon Prime. If you need to watch live sports...go to steps tavern under taco del gnar! ****This house accommodates 6 people, but it is a small house…so 6 unrelated guests might find it a little too cozy****
