There is a pool and tennis court on the property, along with water slides, alpine slides, mountain biking at Attitash. This is a beautiful area with plenty to do in all seasons. Don't forget all the outlet tax free shopping in North Conway which is about 12 minutes away! The bottom level is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and a twin bed and en-suite bath. Go up five stairs to a comfortable living room with plenty of seating with sliders to the deck and ski trail. There is a spacious dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Up five stairs to a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bath. Up five stairs to the main bedroom with fireplace, en-suite bath with jacuzzi tub, and balcony overlooking Stoneybrook. This level also has a loft with a twin bed and washer and dryer. Up five more stairs to another bedroom with two twin beds. Guest access The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad for hassle-free check-in. Other things to note AGREEMENTS • Guests required to sign owner's contract and provide proof of identification prior to check in RESTRICTIONS • Parking – only two cars in front of the condo please. There is overflow parking for one additional car down the road. Please reach out to the host for additional directions • Quiet hours – this is a quiet family friendly complex, and we are committed to showing respect to our neighbors at all times to ensure that everyone enjoys their time at Mountainside and so that we could continue welcoming guests to experience the beauty of Mountainside. Quiet hours start at 10pm. Please be respectful of this rule – violators will be asked to leave the premises without reimbursement • We do not allow any pets at the premises • No smoking is allowed at the premises DISCLOSURES • For the safety of our guests and community, we use Ring Doorbell • Guest limit is strictly enforced – if your guest count changes, please reach out to host promptly for approval. Additional guests without host’s approval will not be allowed to stay at premises • Summer vacationers, please note that this space has limited air conditioning. It rarely gets too hot in the mountains in the summer, and there is a portable AC unit to support the cooling needs as they emerge.
