Charm Villa Mykonos/ New /Ornos Bay

Beachfront/Close to town & Ornos, Psarou, Platis Yialos beaches. For the exact location, search on web for "Santa Marina Resort Mykonos". Our private beach (2min walk through a stone path) is shared with the hotel's beach. An onsite superintendent is available in case of any special requests or emergencies. Please make sure to read the "Other details to note" section. The space The villa is located in Ornos bay, next to the Santa Marina resort and has a big veranda with amazing views to Delos and Rinia islands. Accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus 2 children (or household personnel) in one extra bedroom equipped with bunk bed and en suite bathroom. Two of the main bedrooms are located on the upper floor while the third Is at the level of the veranda, having a separate entrance from the main house. The fourth bedroom, children’s and/or household personnel, is at the ground floor level. At the ground floor there is also the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom (WC). Rooms and Beds: •4 Bedrooms in total (with en-suite bathrooms), (two of those bedrooms are located at the ground floor level) •6 Beds •4 Bathrooms •Accommodates 6 people, plus 2 children or household personnel There is a parking space available and access to the Santa Marina beach. Guest access The villa is fully independent, so there is nothing to share. Other things to note The road is steep. Renting a strong car is highly recommended. VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE !!!!! Santa Marina resort has the management of the beach nearby. The fact that our private path leads to the beach is an advantage to our property, but the Santa Marina resort is an entirely different property; it is a hotel, and all its facilities (Tenis court, pool, playground etc. etc.) are free of charge ONLY for their guests. Access to the beach is free of charge; however, there is a daily fee for renting a sun bed and an umbrella, and it must be arranged upon request directly with the hotel's beach manager. The bar and restaurant are open to all. Entering the beach only to use it as a passageway to go to Ornos or other nearby areas is against their regulations. REGARDING COVID: We follow all the latest cleaning instructions provided by the National Public Health Organization and we have absolutely no responsibility in case the guest is infected with the virus during his/her vacation. We will provide you all possible assistance for the immediate access of the guest to the competent state health center. Guests must abide by all the rules of cleanliness and hygiene throughout their stay. If a guest is infected with the virus, he/she is obliged to follow the instructions of the Hellenic Health Organization in a place that will be indicated specifically for this case. The house is available for holiday use and is by no means available for quarantine or isolation. By making a reservation, the guest unconditionally accepts the above special operating rules.
