Close to Kenyon & MVNU - Entire Lower Level with your Own Entrance!!! A short walk to the Kokosing Gap walking and biking trail. The space Our home is open for guests to use the entire lower level. The family room is equipped with twin size day bed with a pull out twin mattress, couch and lazy boy recliner, king size bed in the bedroom (additional 2 twin size cots), small kitchen, full bath with shower (no tub), and laundry facility. Also this is not for anyone that has problems with stairs. There is about 10 steps to get in and out. Guest access The guest(s) will have access to the entire lower level through a private entrance to enjoy during their stay. That includes a family room and small kitchen (college size refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink). Guests have access to the 20 x 25 screen porch and patio area. This is a shared space with the owner but it may be reserved for a get-together with family and friends! All TVs are smart TVs. with wireless internet for your use. Other things to note Home and screen porch is a non-smoking area - smoking is permitted outside. No pets, please. We're open to pets on a case-by-case basis, so please get in touch if this is a consideration. Check in is anytime after 2 PM. Check out by 11 AM.
