The townhome features three cozy bedrooms, each of which boasts an ensuite bathroom and a private deck. The first bedroom sits on the second level and boasts a large king-size bed and an oceanfront balcony. The ensuite bathroom features dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is located on the second level and has a comfy queen-size bed, a private balcony with a city/mountain view, and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower combo. The third bedroom is on the lower level and has a queen-size bed, an indoor fireplace, a wall-mounted Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, and an ocean-facing balcony. There is also a sleeper sofa in this room to accommodate additional guests. There is a half bath located off the main living area on the upper level. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The contemporary living area is located on the upper level (third floor). The open floor plan between the kitchen and lounge area makes it easy to socialize no matter which room you’re in, and the whole area is flooded with natural light from the large windows. The full kitchen makes it a breeze to cook for a larger group. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space, and all the basic cooking and serving essentials. There’s also a fully stocked coffee and tea bar complete with a Keurig Duo machine. Across from the kitchen sits a dining table with seating for six. There is also space for two at the kitchen bar, perfect for a drink or a quick snack. The cozy living room is the perfect spot to curl up with a good book or stream your favorite shows. There’s a large sectional, an ergonomic recliner, a gas fireplace, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The large windows flood the room in natural light and feature stunning ocean views. There are two balconies off the main living area, one facing the city and mountains behind the kitchen and one facing the ocean off the living room. Feel free to open them up and let the fresh ocean air float in. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The condo boasts a total of five decks, two of which face the city and mountains and three that face the ocean. Whether you’re enjoying a morning cup of coffee, listening to the sound of waves as you drift off to sleep, grilling up lunch on the BBQ, or deciding which piece of sand is best for sunbathing, the decks will provide you with plenty of fresh ocean air along with spectacular views. Once you’re ready to leave the townhome behind and explore the area, the beach is just a short walk away. Feel free to use our collection of beach supplies stored in the garage, including an umbrella, toys, a beach mat, and chairs. Pack a picnic lunch and head out for an afternoon of combing the shore for sand dollars and sea glass. If you make your way south, you'll come to the famous Twin Rocks, which are located just off the shore and provide an excellent photo-op. On your way back, stroll through downtown Rockaway Beach and browse the local shops before getting a scoop of ice cream to tide you over until dinner. If you feel like exploring farther afield, there are several easy day trips to choose from.
