The space Located on the 5th floor with lift, this beautiful flat of 70 m² crossing from East to West is composed as follows: - A bright, tastefully decorated living room with a comfortable TV lounge area and a dining table. - A large terrace of 30 m² facing east will allow you to have your meals, aperitifs or other coffee breaks while enjoying the superb view of the sea and in the evening you can have dinner in a subdued atmosphere while admiring the illuminated boats. - A separate, functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine... - A loggia with washing machine and dryer, as well as a small terrace facing west. - A first bedroom with a King Size 180 bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds that can be merged (please specify when booking if you want a double bed). - A large bathroom equipped with an Italian shower and a large double washbasin. - Separate toilet.
