We built the barndo in 2022, and furnished it for Airbnb. We have a Roku TV in the living room as well in the master room configured with a Amazon and Netflix set up application, which gives you access to the network, This also allows you to log into your own streaming services such as , Hulu, HBO, Cinemax and so on. Guest access Conveniently located just off Hwy 71 easy access in case you need to rush into town to do some errands, only minutes from Downtown Bastrop, Buc-ee's or HEB Plus and Walmart. Our past guests have commented on how quiet and peaceful it is around here. You have free parking in our property, and independent, locked keypad access to the barndo. The parking spot is in front of barndo with a 480 sq. ft. of new concrete patio. You may use and enjoy the patio & the front of the yard from the barndo -- the way we see it, when you're here, you're family, and we hope you feel the same before you leave. As for comfort, you can adjust the thermostat yourself. We strive to keep the barndo as allergy free as possible so that future guests are confident they'll be comfortable when here. We prohibit smoking, e-cigarettes, incense, burning of candles, or anything else that will give the apartment a strong scent that might impact a future guest. We even strive to rent to non-smokers only, that way the particulates that cling to clothing can't be transferred to the couch, pillows, drapes, etc., and possibly affect future guests. Other things to note ✦ Only one dog per stay is permitted. ✦ We’ve implemented Airbnb's Enhanced Cleaning Guidelines. ✦ The garage on the property are used for storage and are off limits to the guest. ✦ Please after each meal put stuff away because, we do not want left over food to attract unwanted aunts. ✦ Ants, and mosquitoes are common in Bastrop, TX because of the climate. Please do not leave the doors/windows open to avoid these little creatures from coming indoors. ✦ Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. ✦ Our home is pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
