Palatinate Forest Weyher vacation home with garden

Between vineyards and the Palatinate Forest, the spacious 133 square meter vacation home offers plenty of space for 2 families with children, 3 couples or 3 generations (grandparents, parents, children). The sun terrace with a view over the Southern Wine Route invites you to linger and relax. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a full kitchen and a large open living/dining room offer ideal comfort for your vacation in the Palatinate. Great starting point for hikes, bike rides, wine tastings and excursions. The space The entrance door leads to a spacious open living room with a large wooden dining table for 8 people as well as two couches. From the dining area you have a magnificent view over the Palatinate. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped including stove, oven, coffee maker (for filter coffee), espresso maker (Bialetti type), fridge, small freezer compartment and dishwasher. From the kitchen you can also access the rear garden and the forest. In the basement you will find a washing machine and clothes dryer for free use. There are three bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and up to 4 children or alternatively a total of up to 6 adults. Each bedroom has 150 cm long wardrobes so you can put your things away comfortably and feel good. In the bedroom facing the forest there is a solid wood bed 180 × 200 cm, in the bedroom facing the sun terrace there is a comfortable bed 160 × 200 cm. In the “children's room” you will find two single beds 90 × 200 cm in front of a jungle wallpaper, which can also be comfortably occupied by 2 adults (the single beds can also be used as a double bed with a “crack” via a magnetic mechanism). There is also a bunk bed there. An additional baby cot (travel cot type), high chair and children's tableware are provided free of charge. Children < 2 years can be accommodated free of charge (please bring bedding and covers!). Two bathrooms lead off from the hallway. A daylight bathroom with reddish marble cladding, large bathtub, separate shower cubicle, toilet, sink and stone shelf for cosmetics and towel dryer. The second bathroom has a toilet and small sink as well as “nostalgic tiles”. Linens, towels, final cleaning and tourist tax are included in the final price. If necessary, a deposit of 200 euros will be charged after booking via Airbnb and refunded upon proper return after final cleaning. If available, the garage can be provided for parking bikes or motorcycles. Please specifically request. A charcoal grill can be provided if available. A deposit of 50 euros will be charged for the proper return of the grill in a clean condition. Guest access By renting the Palatine Forest Weyher vacation home, you have access to the entire first floor and a small part of the basement with a washing machine and dryer as well as a large part of the garden including 2 terraces and a small lawn. The garage can be used on request and subject to availability for parking bicycles or motorcycles. You have no access to the attic, because there is the apartment Fernblick Pfalz with its sauna, which is rented separately. From the street or the parking lot to the accommodation, some stairs have to be climbed because the vacation home is located on a slope of the Palatinate Forest. Other things to note We rent exclusively to vacation guests. Use for parties, events, business trips or as a fitter's accommodation is not permitted. The rental property must be returned in a tidy condition. If necessary, a deposit of 200 euros will be charged after booking, which must be paid separately via Airbnb or transferred separately. If it is returned in an orderly manner after the final cleaning, it will be refunded.
