Pool and hot tub ready to start your vacations, relax and when all done your are 2.5 miles to downtown. There is the mission’s and other historic places to visit along with a golf place to enjoy some golf or ride a bike and enjoy the outdoors nature. Quiet time is between 10:30 P.M. & 7 A.M. Please respect our neighbors they are out Friend’s. No loud music or partying allowed. Guest are responsible for any visits from code enforcement or law enforcement. Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Every guest must be named on the reservation. No more then 6 people on the property at one time. MAKING MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROPERTY IS NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. You will be charged for the fixes and possibly evicted. Park on the driveway or on the street. It’s you responsible to pay attention to parking signs. For long term stays longer then seven days, a weekly cleaning is required. I’m available by phone, text and in person in the rear studio.
