Luxury Escape at the Estate at Williamston by MSU

This luxurious 7000 sqft country estate on 35 private picturesque acres has been tastefully arranged in three separate rental units, each w/ it’s own private entrance, no shared indoor spaces. Come and enjoy the "Luxury Escape" with an exquisite living room w/ hand carved black walnut fireplace, 2 bedrooms, game room (can be 3rd bedroom) luxury bath w/soaking tub and sauna, and functional kitchenette. Three porches (1 pvt) allow you to take in the beauty and serenity of this special location. The space Sleeping spaces include large traditional main bedroom w/ 7 piece en suite which is shared among all guests- as the only full bath. 2nd bedroom w/ full bed and twin over full bunk bed is adjacent to main living area. 3rd sleeping space is a game room adjacent to the main bedroom w/ 2 full size futons. Please note - only access to game room/3rd sleeping space is through main bedroom. Efficiency kitchenette consisting of wet bar w/ full size fridge/freezer, countertop oven/air fryer, microwave, and kuerig. Stocked w/ plates, cups, bowls, utensils, pans for 8. The Estate at Williamston is a large, private 7000 SQ foot country estate that has been separated into three individual units: "The Bunkhouse", "The Luxury Escape", and "The Peaceful Retreat". They are each separate units under the same roof (could be considered similar to a townhouse) with their own exterior entrance and there is no shared inside space, but if adjacent units are both rented, the connecting doors can be unlocked from both sides simultaneously to connect the units. As there may be another guest in the adjacent unit, we do ask all our guests to observe quiet time between 10pm and 8am to respect the other guests. The Bunkhouse is the middle unit, so it can be combined with either or both of the other two. The peaceful retreat is a single floor and the other two are each two story, which, also similar to a townhouse, the floor above and below will all be the same unit (i.e. your ceiling won't be immediately below someone else's floor.) To rent more than one unit together, guests can simply make both or all three reservations in the usual manner. We had previously offered a single rate for the entire property, but it was higher than the combined price of the three units, so now we simply offer the ability to rent all three individually if they are available on your desired dates. As there are several other guests on the property, unless you have rented all three units, please respect quiet time after 10pm. To note, the house is divided horizontally, so there will be no guests above or below your unit. Notice: As seen in the photos, there is a gas fireplace in the main bedroom. We are currently in the process of having this serviced, and so it may not be able to light during your stay.
