A quiet bedroom in a family home. Easy on/off to Interstates 81 and 84. Great spot to rest on your way in either direction. Airbnb profile required before booking is accepted. We can accommodate within 24 hours but prefer 3-4 days notice in case we are out of town at our Canadian airbnb. The space Cozy, 3rd floor bedroom in century home in quiet, family-oriented neighborhood in Northeast PA. King size bed (2 twins together, but comfortable). Breakfast offered within a reasonable timeframe (7:30 am earliest) and can accommodate vegans and gluten free diets. Train (1 hour away) to New York City; Bus Service available daily; Philly (about 2.5 hrs away). Steamtown National Historic Park 10 minutes away. Lots to do in the area or use as a stop off to Florida! Just a few minutes from Interstate 81. $65 per person; extra person $10. Guest access Guests have access to kitchen and 2nd floor bathroom. During your stay We welcome guests upon arrival. Don't be afraid to ask for Sleepytime tea or a pitcher of water for your room. Other things to note Our rescue dog is very shy and may bark upon arrival. Best thing is just to ignore him. He is very loving but afraid of most people and takes a long time to trust you....a year is not exaggerating.
