Stay at the historic Clayton-Bullock house! Located in the heart of the beautiful Licking Riverside Historic District, this house was built in 1839 and served as a private schoolhouse during the Civil War. Enjoy a 15 minute walk to downtown Cincinnati, Ohio River, Smale Riverfront Park, Mainstrasse Village shops and restaurants, and a 25 minute walk to Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and Newport Aquarium! And it's just a short drive to the Cincinnati Zoo, Museums, and Ark Encounter! The space The Clayton-Bullock House is one of the oldest homes in Covington. Built in 1839, it served as a schoolhouse during the civil war. Guest access Guests may access the entire first floor of the house, including the kitchen, living room, laundry room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. Guests may also enjoy the spacious back yard, complete with BBQ grill, patio table and chairs, large trampoline, and basketball goal! NOTE: The backyard and patio are shared with the upstairs Airbnb apartment. Other things to note Birthday parties and family gatherings of up to 16 guests are welcome but all events must be concluded by 10pm. Quiet time is between the hours of 10pm and 9am. Guests who violate this rule will receive one warning. Any further violations of this rule will result in the guest being asked to leave immediately with no refund given. Gatherings of more than 16 people are prohibited.
