Luxuriously furnished studio with parking, 5 minutes walk from the boulevard, Nollenbos, beach and restaurants. Private entrance and terrace, comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, kitchenette for self-catering breakfast and lunch. The studio is very well insulated, has floor heating and floor cooling on exceptionally hot days. A wonderfully quiet environment to relax, cycle, hike or just read a nice book. Pets are not allowed. The space There is a hallway where you enter. Another door gives access to the studio. Here is the kitchenette with air fryer, induction stove, refrigerator and microwave. The sitting and dining area, TV, closet space and the double bed. The bathroom is a separate room and here is also the toilet. Guest access The entire studio, terrace and private garden. Other things to note For the first 2 days, there is a basic breakfast. Use of washing machine and dryer on request for a small fee.
