Watch the sunset on the twin spires from your front porch! -Motion and audio recording devices are located near the front door and back door on the exterior of the unit. We fully respect the privacy of all of our guests. These devices only record video and audio on the exterior of the home facing the front and rear areas of the home. The automatic recordings are triggered by motion and noise. RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests! NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.
