The one-time cleaning fee is charged at the beginning of the stay to cover the checkout cleaning. Additional cleanings during the rental term may be scheduled through Cody Lodging Company for an additional charge. For stays longer than 30 days, a completed and signed rental agreement is required prior to occupancy. The agreement must be signed by the primary renter responsible for the reservation. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit may be applied by Cody Lodging Company.
