Modern conveniences yet retains the charm of a historic home. The space The first floor rents for $250/night - sleeps 2 people with queen sized bed in master bedroom. Renters have full exclusive access to first floor: MB, LV, Kit & DR, BR. Three additional bedrooms are available on 2nd and 3rd floor for $50/room per night. 2nd floor hallway bathroom is available if renting upstairs rooms. The owners live on secured portion of second floor that renters will not have access to. You may hear or see owners in passing on the second floor landing but you will not share any rooms. Outdoor deck is not available to renters. Guest access 2 parking spaces in back of the home as well as no fee street parking. Key pad entrance is at the back door of the home.
