Branton House has been modernised to a very high standard & has everything you need & more than a hotel has to offer for an enjoyable & relaxing stay for business or pleasure. Long stay or short stay. Located in the beautiful village of Branton with 2 fantastic pubs, YWP less than 2 miles away & much more! The space Our property has a bright & stylish lounge area with two beautiful chesterfield sofa’s, coffee table, fire with remote control and 50” Smart TV. Free Superfast Fibre Broadband WIFI is also available throughout the property. The separate fully equipped modern spacious kitchen/Diner has everything you need from dining table with 4 chairs, integrated fridge, microwave, De'Longhi toaster & kettle to an integrated washer dryer, electric oven/hob & all the cooking utensils you will need. We make sure tea, coffee, breakfast cereals etc are available for our guests. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 x kingsize and 2 single bedrooms. All decorated to a high standard with soft quality carpets, luxury bedding & storage facilities. There is also a good size family bathroom with electric shower and a lovely large bath. We provide fresh quality towels, ironing board, iron & hairdryer. Branton house has 2 car parking space which are directly on the driveway outside of the house. We have a small garden with patio to the rear of the property with alfresco Table and Chairs for the summer months. Guest access The house is situated in a very quiet residential housing estate. Very private & is entirely yours to use at your own leisure. Other things to note We continue to implement enhanced sanitizing between each visit, so that you can be absolutely confident of your stay. Strictly no smoking or pets are allowed in our property.
