One bedroom, queen bed, large closet, dual dresser, Roku tv, coffee maker in room, free Wi-Fi and parking. Insulated black out curtains. Whole house water softener will give you the best shower. Just 15 minutes from Pasco Airport with easy access to Highway 395 and Interstate 82. No smoking/narcotics in or around property. The space Private room with comfy queen size bed. Television with Roku. Guest WiFi. Large closet, and Iron available for use. Shared bathroom. Bedroom comes with an Air Purifier and Black out curtains. This is a home. Please ask if you need access to the main living areas. Guest access Guests will enter through the front door. Keypad entry. A key will be provided for the bedroom door. During your stay We allow our guests to determine how much privacy and interaction they desire. Other things to note No animals policy. No smoking in or around property. Note our home is protected by a Ring security camera system. There are cameras outside, on each side of the Home. The outside cameras are on 24 hours a day and are monitored. There is also a ring camera in our common area and one in my office. These two cameras are on, only during night time hours. Note there are Ring security signs, posted on all sides of the house.
