You can enjoy a beautiful terrace with its swimming pool, summer kitchen and small, very pleasant lounge bar area, as well as two terraces, one dedicated to dining and one to relaxing and sunbathing. You can rest in 3 of our rooms, 2 Beldi colors and one Essaouira color. These 3 bedrooms have their shower room and toilet. The accommodation will delight you with its large living room and magnificent dining room thanks to their magnificent ceilings and typical light fixtures crafted by our Moroccan artisans. And to enhance everything, our maid and cook (mandatory presence and use of the kitchen only by her) will take care of you. She will prepare a good breakfast (€5/person to be confirmed the day before with the housekeeper) every morning. Breakfast is served between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Guest access Car access is a 2-min walk to Riad Laarous parking lot. Access is very easy and secure when you come home late at night. Then you have access to Spice Traders' Square in 5 minutes and 8 minutes to Jemaa el-Fnaa square and all the souks and must-see places in the medina. You are a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk to Gueliz and between 15 and 20 minutes to all the golf courses in Marrakech. The airport is a 15-minute drive away. Other things to note #HOUSE RULES# Welcome to our Riad. In order to ensure a pleasant, comfortable and peaceful stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules: 1- Housekeeper The presence of the housekeeper is mandatory every day. Only the housekeeper is authorized to use the kitchen. Kitchen is closed at night. A fridge, microwave, stove, Nespresso machine and kettle are available for you on the terrace. A refrigerator is available for your personal belongings on the terrace in the summer kitchen. 2-Property of the place We thank you for keeping the rooms and common areas clean. Garbage cans are available for you to dispose of your waste properly. 3- Breakfast and dinner Breakfasts are to be enjoyed between 8 AM and 11 AM, and dinners before 9 PM. Thank you for following these hours for everyone's comfort. Breakfast is available on request at the rate of €5 per person, and lunch and dinner (menu provided after confirmation of your reservation) between €15 and €25 Please book it the day before for the following day. 3-Respect of calm and neighborhood To preserve the tranquility of the place, we ask that you limit noise, especially in the evening.
