This adorable 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house has been recently remodeled with brand new appliances and furniture. You will be within 15 minutes from Sea World, Six Flags, San Antonio Aquarium, UTSA, Lackland AFB, the Shops at La Cantera, Alamo Ranch, & more. The Alamo, Pearl, SA downtown/Riverwalk and SA zoo are all less than 30 minutes away. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and memories! The space This two-story home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. There are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with plenty of space for family vacations/getaways. Enjoy your time with the 55" smart TV in the living room and the fast-speed internet. The queen sleeper couch provides extra sleeping space for your family. Queen air mattress, high chair, and pack n play available upon request. There's an office desk in the kitchen for those who need to work during your stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire the outdoor shed and locked closets. Other things to note - For your security, this house is equipped with two cameras located at the front (facing the street) and backyard (facing the backyard). - Check in at 4 PM with smart lock Early check-ins are not guaranteed. Please message the host if early check in is a possibility. - Check out at 11 AM Late check-outs must be approved by the host. If you stay past check out time without approval, there will be an automatic charge for the next night’s stay at listing price, but you will not be able to stay. House rules - No pets! Pets are not allowed into the property at any time. Exception will be made for service animals. - No smoking! No smoking of any kind inside the house. Please note that smoking will result in a fine of $250 PLUS any extra cleaning and repairs from smoking damage to remove odors. - No parties! Please maintain quietness and avoid disturbances to neighbors between 10 PM and 7 AM. - We are not liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur in the property. - Registered guests only - additional charge at $15/person/night for the 7th and 8th guest. All guests must be registered with your booking to stay overnight. Please let hosts know if you have more than 6 guests as adjustments need to be made to accommodate your party. - Damages If there is any missing or damaged items in the house, guests will be charged to replace/repair the item(s) - Loss/theft Hosts are not responsible for any loss or stolen belongings during your stay. Please let us know if you forgot any items, and if found, hosts could arrange to return the item(s) to guests. - We provide black makeup towels, please use them to remove your makeup. There will be $50 charge for makeup marks on bed sheets. - Please review the guest book when you arrive.
