This space comes complete with a living room equipped with plush sofa seating & accent chairs, cozy gas fireplace, tv, ceiling fan, & access to the outdoor deck with bbq. Adjacent is a dining area with seating for 6+ & a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, cabinets galore, & stainless steel appliance. Please note the A/C is limited to the Living Area only, fans are provided in the bedrooms. Down the hallway is a bedroom with 2 Twin sized beds, ceiling fan, & ensuite bath (tub/shower combo). TOP/3RD LEVEL (master retreat + view deck!)
