The "studio sur la Neste" (33 m2) is located on the first floor of a building located in the historic center of Arreau. you can have breakfast on the studio terrace overlooking the Neste: for nature lovers, pure happiness. to complete this dream panorama you will be close to all the services and shops you may need: bakery, butcher, press, doctor, pharmacist, bank, town hall, tourist office, post office, restaurants, dry cleaning... The space The studio has all the essential amenities to spend a stay as if you were at home: - an equipped kitchen (without dishwasher) with fridge and freezer. - a bathroom with shower. Heating is present (a button on the side allows it to be turned on), there is also an auxiliary heater. A bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and closets. - a living room with sofa bed (2 seats), TV and Wi-Fi network. - a washing machine with a clothes rack and clothespins. - all the necessary appliances (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave). - dishes and various cutlery. - essentials (toilet paper, garbage bags, household products, laundry capsules, tea, coffee...) - a hallway with shelves. The toilets are in the corridor. The post office parking lot is located about 50 meters from the building entrance. You can park at the foot of the building to load and unload your luggage. We specify that the apartment is non-smoking except on the terrace. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building (no elevator) A first aid kit is available in the bathroom. Guest access Once you arrive in the village of Arreau, the studio is located on the main street of the village, at number 3 grande rue 65240 Arreau, apartment no. 2 (2nd floor). Parking is available at the foot of the building to load and unload your luggage. You can park your car either in the post office parking lot (50 meters walk) or in another parking space in the village.
